The peach has always been a favorite, Southern fruit, included in everything from a peach-infused sweet tea… to a warm, peach crumble, made from scratch. It’s a staple of the South and a symbol of summertime, and it puts a wonderfully sweet twist on a classic, sparkling cocktail.
1 bottle of Rioja
1 oz. triple sec
2 oz. brandy
1 cup orange juice
1 cup grapefruit juice
3 oz. fresh peach purée
For the sangria, in a pitcher mix together all ingredients top with ice and garnish with crushed mint and sliced peaches
