When I first tasted the fresh blueberries picked from Pursell Farm’s own “Blueberry Hill,” I could barely form a sentence to describe my delight. I had always loved the ever-popular fruit, but I’d never tasted a berry so full of flavor. The sweet, plump berries with their beautiful, deep-blue, pink and purple hues put all others to shame. And a specialty, summer drink created with these fruits of Pursell Farms is just too beautiful and too delicious to be denied.
2 shots vodka
1 shot triple sec
2 oz. blueberry preserves
For the Cosmo in a stainless mixing shaker, place the triple sec, vodka, and the preserves in, add ice and shake well pour in rocks glass and finish with blueberries
